The House on Park Offsite is different — and on purpose.
Four private rooms on a Victorian street in Berlin, Wisconsin. A house full of original art. A porch across from a park. Enough quiet to actually think, and enough character to actually feel something.
This is where small teams come to do the work that doesn't happen in the office — the hard conversations, the good ones, the ones where someone finally says what everyone's been thinking. Two or three nights. No distractions. Everyone gets their own room, their own morning, and their own reason to show up present.

Art Party Weekend Package - Minimum 4 guests
Grab your peeps for a creative weekend retreat in a beautiful, inspirational and relaxing setting that will get your creative juices flowing! The rooms are cozy, colorful and super comfortable. The art making will start on Friday night and continue all day Saturday – you choose the projects when you reserve. The house is walking distance to bars & restaurants, shopping and antiquing – when you’re ready for a little break, or dinner! You can create on your own or we offer guidance to get you going.
All art supplies are included in the project pricing.
The weekend will flow as follows:
• Friday arrival – wine and cheese welcome!
• Friday dinner on your own (we have a list of places in town and around the county for you)
• Saturday breakfast quiche and daytime snacks (while you’re creating!)
• Saturday dinner on your own.
• Sunday is continental breakfast and departure around noon.
Attendees & Room Costs for 2/nights:
$145 per room/per night ($290 per person)
Minimum 4 guests – everyone gets their own room!

Come for the painting. Stay for the cocktail.
Brushes & Besties is an informal afternoon painting session hosted by Janet in the most colorful living room in Berlin, Wisconsin. Bring yourself, bring a friend, bring absolutely zero prior painting experience. Supplies are included — as is the drink of the month.
Every month, Janet creates a new signature cocktail named for art, color, season, or pure whim. Some guests love it so much they send their friends just to try it. Others come back every month to see what's new. It's become its own kind of thing.
There's no lesson plan and no pressure. Just music, good conversation and the particular satisfaction of making something with your hands while someone who genuinely loves this stuff paints next to you.
Pricing:
$50/person — includes all supplies, the monthly signature cocktail or wine and sip & nibble (wine, cheese, things to graze on) OR
$35/person BYOB — includes all supplies - you bring your own drinks
